Couples Therapy
Gottman Marriage Therapy is backed by 40+ years of research. Utilizing the Relationship Checkup - an extensive marriage inventory - we will gain insight into and fortify your relationships.
Somatic Therapy
Somatic interventions include breathwork, focusing, grounding, and other mindfulness strategies. Attachment-focused EMDR is also available for trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression.
Personality Assessment
Enneagram personality types offer insightful lenses to understand and transform your life. Typing, coaching, and deep inner work services offered.
Business Coaching
Coaching for teams using the Integrative Enneagram Approach. The IEQ-9 test has 95% accuracy identifying type and instinct which produces powerful insights and strategies for healthy individuals and teams in the business sector.
Insurance and Billing
Restoration Psychotherapy is a self-pay practice and does not accept insurance. The rate is $150 per 50 minute session for individuals and $200 per 50 minute session for couples. Payment is due at the time of the session.
I do not work directly with any insurance companies and would be considered an out-of-network provider. In going through a self-pay practice your insurance company will not have access to your therapy records, no diagnosis is required for payment, any diagnosis provided will not become a part of your permanent medical record, and there is flexibility in determining the length and number of sessions you need.
Upon request I am happy to provide a superbill which can be submitted to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed but a portion of the cost may be reimbursed. Please note that a diagnosis will need to be provided and additional paperwork may be requested if providing a superbill to submit to your insurance provider. Please contact your insurance provider to discuss out-of-network benefits and for more information.
